Process

Discovery: Let's discuss your team and what you're trying to accomplish, pinpointing the key requirements and steps to reach your goals.

Scoping: Let's plan the MVP, determining feature milestones and ensuring the highest priority items get done first. Post-MVP features are collated into a product roadmap.

Design: We create a Figma mockup to visualize the product's appearance and how users would interact with it.

Development: We build and test the features, user types, and architecture. This stage ends when a full version of your app is ready for your final review.

Launch: For each launch, we provide a coverage window to confirm, launch, and support the app.

Debriefing: We review the project process and discuss the product roadmap for future collaboration. We offer two plans for post-launch support: General Support for app maintenance and features-building based on the product roadmap and Targeted Support for building discrete features.
