  This deliverable strengthens the security of the client’s AWS environment through hands-on implementation of best practices. It includes configuring least privilege IAM roles and policies, setting up network security with VPCs, security groups, and NACLs, enabling encryption for data at rest and in transit using AWS KMS, and activating logging and monitoring with CloudTrail and CloudWatch. If applicable, it ensures compliance with standards like GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS based on the client’s needs. The result is a robust, secure AWS infrastructure that protects data and minimizes risks, fully implemented and ready for use.

• DevOps Process Implementation

  This deliverable establishes efficient, automated DevOps workflows within the client’s AWS environment. It involves setting up CI/CD pipelines using AWS tools like CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy, automating infrastructure with Terraform or CloudFormation, and, if relevant, configuring container orchestration with ECS or EKS. Additionally, monitoring and alerting are implemented using CloudWatch to optimize operations. The outcome is a streamlined DevOps system that enhances development speed, reduces errors, and supports scalability—all configured directly in the client’s AWS setup.

• Client Enablement and Knowledge Transfer

  This deliverable empowers the client’s team to manage and sustain the AWS environment you’ve enhanced. It includes a series of live training sessions via video conference, covering the security configurations, DevOps tools, and best practices for ongoing management. These sessions are interactive, with Q&A opportunities to address specific needs. You’ll also provide a set number of post-implementation support hours to troubleshoot issues or answer questions. The goal is to ensure the client’s team is confident and capable of handling the new setup independently.
