File turnover in .skp or .rvt format (upon agreement).
2. High-End Rendering (D5 Render / Lumion)
Description: Application of photorealistic textures, professional cinematic lighting, and environment staging to your existing 3D models.
Scope of Work:
Advanced Material Mapping (Realistic PBR textures).
Cinematic Lighting setup (Natural and Artificial).
Environment Staging (Adding realistic vegetation, cars, and people).
Post-processing and Color Grading.
Final output in 4K High-Resolution images.
3. Full Visualization Bundle (Model + Render)
Description: An all-inclusive package from floor plans to final photorealistic images.
Scope of Work:
Full 3D Modeling based on provided 2D blueprints.
Unlimited Material & Lighting adjustments during the draft stage.
