This specification document captures the outcomes of the design process, a single-source-of-truth which is shared with developers, QA, documentation and training teams. The default format is PDF, but it can be altered to suit your needs.
The spec will cover use-cases, workflows, interactions and states, UI copy (e.g. system messages) and UI elements such as layouts, components and styles.
UI kit and style guide
Documenting the visual aspects of the product UI including layouts, colour palette and other elements such as forms and buttons. Together with the design spec this will provide developers with everything they need to build the UI. The default format is Figma, but it can be altered to suit your needs.
