We'll work out a time that bests suits you to start working together
You'll fill out a questionnaire where we'll find out your business goals and any growth opportunities we'll like to anticipate.
After that, we'll present you our robust content and growth strategies to help you become an impactful brand
Throughout the strategy, we brainstormed more than 1 month's worth of ideas, which we'll distribute and input them in our content calendar
Once those are approved, we start developing the graphics/videos (if you need to record anything we'll create very specific production guidelines), the captions + hashtags and stories
After everything is ready, we'll schedule them, and we'll do 40 min/day of cumulative social engagement.
Each month we'll send over the social media report with KPIs and key learnings + opportunities

FAQs
How many people will be working on my account?
Most retainer clients have anywhere from 2-4 people workin on their account, which includes a project manager, a social designer, a social strategist and an engagement specialist.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds are available, but if you’re not happy after the 1st month we can end the project and not continue with the retainer, no hard feelings!
Can we do last edits/post creation?
Yes! We want to move as quickly as you do, especially when it comes to hoping on trends.
Do you offer white labeling?
Yes, we partner with agencies to white label our services to their clients and we can do so at a discounted rate. For more information, click the "Contact me" button!
What's included
Social Audit
Gives you a full view of how social media is working (or not) for your business. It includes a competitor audit + SWOT analysis.
Target market & Brand positioning
Whom you should be interacting and speaking to + how you want to be perceived.
Overall Content Strategy
The general social media strategies you will follow to create content, engage and achieve your goals. It includes suggested posting cadence, channel optimization, tone of voice and what each type of post will mean for your brand. We'll also provide you with 2 versions of bios for your social media profiles.
Engagement + Launch Strategy
Engagement cadence with researched keywords in order to reach your audience on social. If you're going to re-launch your social media channels, this will be much needed! We'll create a plan for you to capture everyone's attention.
Growth Strategy
Strategies that will make you grow on social media and keep you in the minds of all your customers.
Content Topics, Distribution & Ideas
Give you an overview of each content topic and a distribution strategy for each platform (with percentages!). A list of approximately 10 content posts per topic, which we'll then add to our Notion Portal.
Monthly assets
We'll do monthly or weekly content brainstorming and planning meetings to go through everything we'll be posting. At the end of each month, we'll present you with a social media report, where we track important KPIs and learning opportunities.
Content Design & Posts
Every week we'll design + write the captions of the necessary posts for the following week, so we have everything ready to go in advance.
Posting Cadence
We always propose doing 4x/week IG posts (videos + Carousels), 10x/week Pinterest posts (Idea Pins and Pins) and 2x/week IG stories, but this cadence could change according to the strategy. After everything is created and approved, we'll schedule it or post it manually.
Daily Engagement
We'll do 60 min/day and 5 days/week of cumulative social engagement (interaction with target accounts, answering comments, mentions and DMs + weekly digests of what happened). We provide continuous support and communication during the project.
