  Yes! If you choose a Canva or Figma template, you’ll be able to easily update images, text, and colors. For coded emails, I can structure them so they’re editable within your email platform.

• Do you also write the email content?

  I primarily focus on design, but I can help with basic copy suggestions to enhance clarity and engagement. If you need full copywriting, I have an amazing writer on my team that can help you with copywriting.

• What if I don’t have brand guidelines?

  No worries! I can help you establish a cohesive look and feel that aligns with your brand’s personality. We’ll discuss colors, fonts, and overall style before starting.

• How long does the process take?

  It depends on the package. Basic templates can be ready in 3-5 days, while custom designs may take 7-14 days. If you need something urgent, let’s talk—I’ll do my best to accommodate.

• Will the emails be mobile-friendly?

  Absolutely. Every design is created with mobile-first principles, ensuring your emails look great on all devices.

• What’s the difference between a template and a custom email?

  Templates: Pre-designed layouts that you can easily modify for different campaigns. Great for teams who send frequent emails. Custom Emails: A fully unique design built for a specific campaign, product launch, or promotion.

  Every project includes at least one round of revisions to make sure you’re happy. If you need extra changes after that, I offer additional revisions at an hourly rate.
