Depending on the size and detail of the concept, you will get 2 to 5 revisions for both the rough draft and the final piece, so 4 to 10 in total

Krita can export images into many different file types, including psd. which will allow edits in other programs such as photoshop. I can tell you if I can export in the file type you need.
