Managed Hosting and Deployment

4 artisa manages the technical environment required to keep your system available and operational.
This includes:
Production deployment
Secure browser-based access
Database connection
AI workflow connection
Basic infrastructure monitoring
Technical hosting management
Launch configuration and testing
You will receive secure login access to your completed workspace without needing to manage the underlying hosting environment.

Ongoing Hosting and System Care

This service requires a separate monthly hosting and system-care plan.
The monthly plan covers the continued operation of the hosting environment, database connection, infrastructure management, and an included level of AI usage.
Expanded storage, unusually high AI usage, major system changes, new features, or additional integrations may require a separate charge.

Founding Client Support

Initial founding clients receive continued support for launch-related bugs within the original agreed scope until those issues are identified and resolved and the delivered system is functioning as intended.
This support covers system errors affecting included features. It does not include unlimited future development, new modules, major workflow changes, additional integrations, or ongoing feature expansion.

Delivery Timeline

14 days
The 14-day timeline begins after all required onboarding materials, studio information, records, and approvals have been received.
This is a firm minimum turnaround designed to protect focused implementation time, complete the personalization properly, test the core workflows, and ensure system integrity before delivery.

4 artisa Managed Hosting

This service includes deployment through infrastructure managed by 4 artisa and requires a fixed monthly hosting and system-care fee.
The monthly fee is the same for every Tier 1 client and covers:
Secure browser-based access
Application hosting
Production database connection
AI workflow availability
Routine infrastructure monitoring
Technical hosting administration
Standard backups and system availability
Founding-client bug support within the original project scope
The Tier 1 hosting rate will not increase based on ordinary day-to-day use.
If a studio later requires substantially expanded storage, additional users, advanced integrations, custom modules, or operational capacity beyond the Tier 1 service scope, the client may be advised to upgrade to a higher service tier. No additional charge will be applied without prior approval.

Investment and Payment Schedule

Total Setup and Personalization: $1,500
A $750 booking deposit is required to reserve your project and begin onboarding. The remaining $750 balance is due before final deployment and launch.
The booking deposit is applied toward the total service price and is not an additional charge.
A separate $59 monthly 4 artisa Managed Hosting & System Care plan begins when your completed portal goes live.
The 14-day delivery timeline begins only after both the booking deposit has been paid and the required onboarding questionnaire has been completed and submitted.
