An initial consultation to discuss business goals, target audience, and project requirements.

Conducting in-depth research on competitors, user needs, and industry trends to define the website’s purpose and key features.
3. Information Architecture & Wireframing
Structuring content and user flow through sitemaps and wireframes to ensure intuitive navigation.
4. UI Design & Prototyping
Creating high-fidelity designs with brand-aligned visuals, typography, and color schemes in Figma, followed by interactive prototypes.
5. Feedback & Iteration
Gathering feedback from stakeholders and refining the design through three revision rounds to enhance user experience.
6. Design Handoff
Preparing and sharing design files, style guides, and assets with developers for seamless implementation.

  • How long does it take to design a website?

    The timeline depends on the project scope. A standard website typically takes 2–6 weeks, covering research, wireframing, UI design, feedback, and handoff.

  • What do you need from me to start?

    I’ll need details like your business goals, brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), content (text, images), and any design inspirations you have. If you don’t have these, I can guide you through the process.

  • Do you develop websites or just design them?

    I focus on UI/UX design and provide developer-ready files. However, I can collaborate with your developer or recommend one if needed.

  • How do we communicate throughout the project?

    I use email, Slack, Whatsapp or scheduled calls for updates and feedback. Regular check-ins ensure you’re involved in every stage of the design process.

  • What if I need updates after the project is completed?

    Feel free to reach out whenever you need an update. We can discuss a new scope for the updates, whether it’s a small tweak at an hourly rate or a flat fee for larger changes.

  • What if I need more than three rounds of revisions?

    I understand that some projects may need extra refinement. If you require more than three rounds of revisions, we can continue working on them as an add-on at my current hourly rate.
