Yet, it is an incredibly important aspect of a digital product to ensure that you, the client, maximizes their potential user base. What's included
Accessibility Report
After going through your website or app and using accessibility tools to ensure best practices, I will form a report that lists all accessibility issues and how they can be fixed. (If the client wishes, I can work to fix them as well).
UX Improvement Report
This report will consist of any non-accessibility related UX issues and will list potential improvements throughout the entire product that will improve user engagement and retention. I will conduct multiple usability tests with all types of users to determine where any potential issues with your current layout may lie.
Improvement Implementation (Optional)
If the client wishes, based on the previous two reports I can overhaul their existing product and implement accesssibility and UX fixes to improve their product and take it to the next level.
