I have always been especially focused on accessibility, an area many designers often neglect. Yet, it is an incredibly important aspect of a digital product to ensure that you, the client, maximizes their potential user base. By offering your customers poor accessibility options and an inneffective user experience, user retention and engagement will be poor as well, causing a loss of customers and revenue. I am here to make sure all users are capable of properly utilizing your product, and that their experience while using your product is top notch.     Accessibility is the practice of ensuring that all users, regardless of disabilities, are able to use all aspects and features of a digital product. This could mean users with visual impairments, limited mobility, hearing issues, etc,. It is estimated that 20% of the global population has some form of disability, so by limiting access to your digital product, you are severely limiting your user base. What's included

  • Accessibility Report

    After going through your website or app and using accessibility tools to ensure best practices, I will form a report that lists all accessibility issues and how they can be fixed. (If the client wishes, I can work to fix them as well).

  • UX Improvement Report

    This report will consist of any non-accessibility related UX issues and will list potential improvements throughout the entire product that will improve user engagement and retention. I will conduct multiple usability tests with all types of users to determine where any potential issues with your current layout may lie.

  • Improvement Implementation (Optional)

    If the client wishes, based on the previous two reports I can overhaul their existing product and implement accesssibility and UX fixes to improve their product and take it to the next level.
