Give your everyday emails a consistent, clickable signature.
Starter includes one signature for one person, using your supplied contact details, logo and up to four links. I prepare the HTML and test the agreed signature in one named email client, then provide installation instructions and a preview. Two revision rounds are included.
Delivery: 2 days after the scope is agreed and all required materials and access are received. Starting price: USD 35 (approximately EUR 30.54, using the 18 September 2026 reference rate of EUR 1 = USD 1.1460; platform conversion and fees may differ).
Send the name, role, contact details, link destinations, logo, preferred layout and the exact email client and version you use. Publicly hosted images must be supplied through an agreed stable image URL or hosting you control.
Organisation-wide rollout, extra staff variants, image hosting fees, automatic directory integration and compatibility with every client or Outlook version are outside this package. I confirm the target client before accepting the work.
