Process

Step 1: Fill Out the Initial Questionnaire
To get started, I'll send you the initial questionnaire! It will help me gather your information and a brief description of the project, which is essential to provide you with a personalized quote.
Step 2: Receive Your Quote in Less Than 24 Hours
With the information from the questionnaire, I’ll create a quote tailored to your needs. I’ll send it to you via email detailing everything the service includes. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me.
Step 3: First Payment
Once the quote is approved, we proceed with the first payment to secure your spot and start the project.
Available payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Pipol Pay, Pago Móvil
Step 4: Contract
Before moving forward, I’ll send you a contract where you can read and accept the project’s terms and conditions. This ensures we’re both aligned and that the process is clear from the start.
Step 5: Brand Brief Questionnaire
In this stage, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire that will help me understand your brand’s story, who your ideal customer is, the aesthetic you want, your business’s personality, your goals, and more. This will not only give me a complete and deeper vision of your brand but will also help us think more strategically about it.
Fun fact: This is my favorite and the most important part of my process. This questionnaire, which I’ve created and perfected over more than 3 years, has made all my clients experience it as a valuable self-discovery session for their brand. Thanks to how detailed and specific it is, my clients rarely need revisions when I present the proposal.
Additionally, the document with all the questionnaire responses is part of the deliverables. I like that you can have it handy to refer to anytime you want to recall a key aspect of your brand. 💡
Step 6: Moodboards / Creative Direction
I develop 1-2 moodboards with visual references of key elements, such as typography, colors, graphic elements, etc. These serve as inspiration to define your brand's visual style and ensure we’re on the same page regarding the creative direction we’re aiming for.
Together, we choose one or combine both to move forward with a clear and aligned creative direction.
Step 7: Brand Design
I take the time to create a unique proposal for you, where I organize all the research, creative direction, and questionnaire responses to develop a concept and strategy tailored to your brand’s needs, and together we see how everything starts to come to life.
I love presenting it to you in a way that guides you through my process, as if it were a story. I show you the concept behind the design, how everything was created, and the reason behind every element, which is the most important thing to me. You’ll see your logo, brand elements, and, lastly, my favorite part: your brand in action. Here’s where I apply the identity to different contexts, such as stationery, mugs, walls, uniforms, and more…
Step 8: Revision Rounds
We’ll make up to two rounds of revisions to ensure every detail is perfect and reflects exactly what you're looking for.
Step 9: Final Payment
Once we’ve completed the revisions and everything looks perfect, we proceed with the final payment while I prepare the final files for your brand.
Step 10: Your Brand Portal
I’ll give you access to your brand portal, a tool I created in Notion to solve common issues like delivering large files or the classic “I can’t find the email.” This portal makes life easier for both clients and suppliers, creating an organized board where you, your marketing agency, community manager, or even printers can quickly access all the necessary information and files for your brand from any device. This way, everyone has what they need at their fingertips, in a simple and efficient way.
