What's included

• Research & Strategy

  The User Research Report will include insights from both quantitative and qualitative research, helping to define user needs, behaviors, and pain points. From this research, detailed User Personas will be created, representing key segments of the product's target audience. A Competitor Analysis will compare the product with other decentralized exchanges (DEXs), highlighting opportunities for differentiation. Additionally, a User Journey Map will illustrate how users interact with the platform, identifying pain points and optimization areas. Finally, a structured Information Architecture will be developed to define the hierarchy and navigation of the platform.

• Wireframing and Prototyping

  The next phase involves Wireframing and Prototyping, starting with Low-Fidelity Wireframes to map out the core structure of key screens. These will be refined into High-Fidelity Wireframes, adding more details and layout refinements. To validate the design direction, an Interactive Prototype will be built, allowing for usability testing and stakeholder feedback.

• UI Design and Design System

  For the UI Design and Design System, a comprehensive Design System will be created, including typography, colors, components, and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform. The High-Fidelity UI Designs will be polished and ready for development, incorporating visual appeal and accessibility. Additionally, both Light and Dark Mode Variations will be designed to provide users with theme preferences suited to their needs.

• User Testing and Iteration

  Once the initial designs are ready, User Testing and Iteration will begin. A Usability Testing Report will document findings from real users, with recommendations for improvements. A/B Testing will be conducted to measure the effectiveness of different design variations. Based on feedback, the UI will go through Refinements and Iterations to enhance user experience before the final handoff.

• Development Handoff

  For the Development Handoff, all Design Specifications and Annotations will be provided to ensure a smooth transition for developers. A Figma Prototype Link will serve as a reference for implementation. Additionally, Asset Exports, including icons, illustrations, and UI components, will be organized for easy integration into the development workflow.

• Landing Page Design

  To support marketing and user acquisition, a Landing Page Design will be created to introduce the product and encourage users to join the waitlist or early access. An Onboarding Experience will be designed to guide new users through key features and functionalities. Finally, a Pitch Deck and Presentation Slides will be developed for stakeholders and investors, effectively communicating the vision and potential.
