With a detail oriented perspective I will be the eyes keeping track of the various moving parts until final hand off of high quality deliverables at project wrap.
What's included
Schedule, scope, and budget management
Will provide close oversight of the various factors at play in the progression of the project. This includes ensuring each task is meeting timing expectations, managing resources involved, highlighting scope creep and balancing risk mitigation, and monitoring of the set budget.
Weekly status call with updated status sheet
Compilation of detailed excel doc tracking all project stipulations as in status, immediate timing, notes and goals, key stakeholders etc. This doc will serve as a base point for a weekly call to review overall progress and discussion on what needs addressed/how things can continue to move along!
Frequent communication/liaison service
Happy to act as the glue keeping the team together, I will manage relationships across specialties and negotiate solutions in times of flux. My general understanding of creative and technical processes paired with skilled communication allows for quick change management.
