What project management tools do you use?
I utilize specialized templates I've developed in Notion for project management and content creation. While I'm open to other tools, I deliver the best results using my custom Notion workspaces, which I optimize specifically for each client's needs. These templates have been refined through years of social media management experience to maximize efficiency and organization.
What platforms do you specialize in that I could chose from?
I specialize in Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn management, with proven success driving 3-4x industry benchmark engagement rates I've consistently delivered the strongest results for clients. While I do have experience manage other platforms such as: Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok & Pinterest.
What's your onboarding process like?
The onboarding process typically takes 2-3 weeks to ensure we build a strong foundation. If you don't have an existing strategy, we'll spend time developing one before any content creation begins. If you do have a strategy, we'll conduct an audit, refresh, and alignment (about 2 weeks), followed by systems setup and content calendar development. This thorough approach ensures we're strategically positioned for success before we start posting.
What's included
Strategic Content Calendar Planning
Monthly content calendar development and management to ensure consistent, timely posting. Includes content theme planning, key date identification, and scheduling optimization for maximum engagement based on platform analytics.
Monthly Content Creation & Publishing
Strategic creation and publishing of 8-10 posts per month (2-3 posts weekly) for your channel of choice (e.g. Instagram). Includes content optimization, platform-specific best practices, and two rounds of revisions. All posts are crafted using your existing brand assets and templates to maintain consistency.
Basic Community Engagement
Daily monitoring and management of your social media community, including responding to comments, addressing basic inquiries, and maintaining active engagement with your audience. Includes weekday monitoring and basic response management.
Monthly Performance Reporting
Comprehensive monthly analytics report tracking key metrics including reach, engagement, growth, and content performance. Includes insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
