  After my initial diagnosis (included in the service), I'll let you know if it requires more than 8 hours. You can decide whether to proceed with a custom quote or get a refund.

• Do you work on Webflow sites built by someone else?

  Yes! I regularly fix sites built by other developers or teams.

• What if the problem comes back after you fix it?

  You get 7 days of post-delivery support. If the same issue resurfaces, I'll fix it at no extra charge.

• Can you help with ongoing maintenance?

  Yes, I offer monthly retainer packages for ongoing support. Contact me to discuss.

• Do I need to give you editor access to my Webflow project?

  Yes, I'll need Editor access to your Webflow project to make the fixes. Your site stays in your account—I never take ownership.

• What's your refund policy?

  If I can't fix your issue after diagnosis, you get a full refund. Once fixes are implemented and verified working, sales are final.

• Do you sign NDAs?

  Yes, I'm happy to sign an NDA if required.
