Not only I am currently employed as a layout designer for a company that supplies and installs commercial food service equipments but I also have an extensive experience working as a freelancer for the same service. I will provide the client with a customized equipment floor plan based on their alloted kitchen or bar space for restaurants, bars etc. My service is ideal for those who are starting their restaurant business or revonating their current kitchen, bar or any other commercial food service endeavor.
My current rate is USD 29 per 500 sq. feet of kitchen space and my leadtime is 3 to 4 working days.
What's included
2D Equipment Floor Plan, List of Items, Equipment Utilities Tapping Plan
Provides the client with a printable pdf of the (1) equipment floor plan, (2) schedule of items and (3) floor plan indicating the utility tapping point for each equipment placed.
CAD (dwg) File for the Floor Plan, List and Utilities Layout
Provides the client with the cad file in dwg (Autocad) format containing the layout, list and utilities floor plan for their contractor's reference.
