Summary

In that service I'll be your partner to discover product or user pains and opportunities, understand how can we tackle the challenges, design the unseen solutions in therms of Product Design, UX or just UI, validate them to be sure it's the right path to follow, all together with clarity, traceability and commitment.
I value craft and quality, from every word on documentation to user's first interaction. So, no rush. But if we need to be quick, together I believe we can find the most intelligent way to do.

Process

My services and respective processes are tailored for every client.
My rule is starting with a conversation (by mail or video) to acknowledge each other and understand a little bit about the challenge and how I might help. Besides that I offer a couple hours of consulting during the implementation.

    Document detailing usability problems, product issues/opportunities, product ops matters.

    Raw data, insights and recommendations.

    Final screens design organized by user flow with respective errors, states and edge cases.

  • UI Kit

    Bundle of components to establish a consistent, cohesive and scalable design.

  • Prototype

    User test and handoff ready prototypes.

  • Other Documentation

    Other material considered an important part of the project (e.g. sitemaps, flowcharts, design explorations, handoff)
