Process

We meet! You tell me about your goals, your previous health history, and what your lifestyle looks like. We talk about your dietary preferences and what gym equipment (if any!) you have access to.
I create a pitch deck describing the phases of working with me. Phase 1 will usually have the goal of setting a routine of mindful eating and movement. Phase 2 will start the working towards the goal. Phase 3 will reach peak intensity, and Phase 4 will put us in maintenance. If the client agrees to the plan, I start working my magic.
We meet every week. First, we recap the previous week's journey. Next, we go through some basic food and exercise education, and finally, I introduce the workout and meal plans for the following week. The client follows the proposed plans, and we rinse and repeat as we work through each phase and eventually reach the clients' goals!

FAQs

  • How long will it take to reach my goal?

    It depends! Based on your lifestyle and time-constraints, we can aim to lose about 1 pound of fat/week or gain 1/2 pound of muscle/week. Every body is different!

  • How is this different than a diet or exercise plan I find online for free?

    I tailor all my content to you, which means I can provide meaningful accountability and pattern-recognition. I recently had a client who struggled to lose weight using big-box gyms, hospital diet plans, and online workouts... None of those programs worked, because they did not pay attention to her food insensitivities. After working with me and discovering that her body had an issue digesting rice, she was able to steadily lose weight for the first time in her life. Free online programs are great for some people, and not so great for others. If you really want to get healthy, stay healthy, and have a partner in your unique health journey, my service can help!
