It depends! Based on your lifestyle and time-constraints, we can aim to lose about 1 pound of fat/week or gain 1/2 pound of muscle/week. Every body is different!
I tailor all my content to you, which means I can provide meaningful accountability and pattern-recognition. I recently had a client who struggled to lose weight using big-box gyms, hospital diet plans, and online workouts...
