Process

Projects are executed in sprints. Each sprint typically lasts for a week, a fortnight, or a month.
In each sprint, I manage tasks on a task board. The task boards are organized into five groups:
Backlog: Contains items that need to be addressed. Unpicked items are moved to subsequent sprints' backlogs.
Pending: Items picked up from the backlog for the current sprint.
In Progress: Tasks currently being worked on by the team.
Blocked: Items that have a dependency on the client, developer or a third party.
Done: Items that have passed both internal and dev QA.
Mark as done: Items that have passed the client QA and are ready to be pushed to production. Each task within these groups includes:
At the end of each sprint, an official 30-minute call is scheduled with all the stakeholders to review the work done during the sprint and finalize the plan for the next sprint. To maintain close collaboration and regular feedback loops, I conduct sprint review meetings 1 to 3 days after the conclusion of each sprint. These meetings serve as a pivotal touchpoint for project evaluation and feedback gathering.

  • Deployment and Support

    Deployment of the AI SaaS application to a live environment, ensuring it is fully operational. Post-deployment support for 4 weeks to address any issues or bugs that arise.

  • Documentation and Training

    A concise document of internal practices and a Loom covering the application architecture, editor, and user manuals. Additionally, training sessions for your team to ensure they can manage and extend the application independently.

  • Integration with Third-Party Services

    Integration of additional third-party services as required, such as analytics tools, CRM systems, or other APIs. This ensures your application can seamlessly interact with other tools you use.
