Get a high-level infrastructure explanation from the client. (If possible an infra diagram)

Determine a list of resources to be deployed in the cloud.

Send the list of resources to get approval from the client and discuss any concerns.

Once, the approval is given, the terraform coding is started.

Once Terraform coding is completed, the code is submitted as a deliverable to the client, if needed, help is given to the client to run the Terraform code.

If any errors come up in the Terraform deployment process, help will be given to resolve them and provide any necessary code changes.
