I provide a focused functional QA review of one agreed website flow or a small group of related REST API requests: signup, contact forms, data persistence or a reproducible integration issue. Deliverables include a test checklist, expected versus actual behaviour, reproducible steps, screenshots or redacted request/response evidence, prioritised findings and one bounded retest within an agreed window. Confirmed defects are separated from hypotheses. Send the workflow, expected outcome and a non-sensitive example; we agree scope, access, price and delivery date before work starts. Testing uses authorised test accounts and staging where available. My commercial background is customer and B2B technical support; my development and QA experience comes from independent projects using JavaScript, Python, APIs and structured bug reporting.
