Summary

HubSpot is such a powerful tool for businesses of all sizes—I even use it myself for my one-person business.
But many people either don't know how best to use it, don't have time to fully utilize it, or don't have enough resources on their team to keep up with the day-to-day management of all its capabilities.
That's where I come in to help as your HubSpot Marketing Manager.
Here is how I can help YOU maximize your HubSpot account:
Contact & List Management
I can help you better understand who is in your HubSpot database so you can ensure you're sending the right message to the right person at the right time—and in the right format.
Social Media
In addition to creating and executing your social media strategy, I will use HubSpot to schedule your content and report on successes.
Email Marketing
I will create and execute all of your email marketing campaigns, from newsletters to nurture programs to specific marketing promotions to event promotions. I will:
write the email content
design any graphics needed
design the templates, and
thoughtfully plan out timing and messaging for each email depending on the actions taken or not taken.
I will learn about your audience and segment lists appropriately. I use email metrics to inform our strategy and optimize as needed. When applicable, I will run A/B tests for campaigns.
Reporting
I can create custom reports to help you understand both marketing and sales metrics. I have set up dashboards for various stakeholders and am the go-to person when a new custom report is needed.
Workflows
Workflows are my favorite part of HubSpot - save time and energy! I can help you create complex workflows for marketing and sales.
I have set up workflows to:
set up pipeline automation to create deals for new leads
drip out email campaigns and send the next email based on how a person engaged with the email
assign sales leads based on the region and dollar amount
that fill in lead value based on the project type selected
...and so many other ways to create automation
In many workflows I've created, I have added custom property tagging to identify a deeper level of understanding of new/existing contacts.
Websites & Landing Pages
I can help you utilize HubSpot’s website/landing page design tools and SEO tools. I was responsible for website design and management at both of my previous employers. I have led the migration of a past employer's website out of WordPress and into HubSpot. I have used both the legacy and drag-and-drop style editors for websites hosted in HubSpot.
I have also utilized the internal tools HubSpot provides for SEO improvements.
For campaigns, I set up landing pages that focused on capturing leads.
Sales Hub
As a marketer, I know the importance of setting up your sales team for success. I can help you with cross-team support and enabling your sales team to be efficient and effective.
At a previous employer, I was the primary HubSpot POC for the sales team. I helped each salesperson set up their account and integrate their Outlook calendar. I trained each salesperson on the various aspects of HubSpot. I worked with leadership to set up and refine their pipelines and create automation that helped the sales team stay accountable for moving deals through the defined stages. I worked with leadership to develop playbooks for each stage of the pipeline. I created email templates for the team to use for different communications and set up sequences to incorporate automation into the sales process.
