Either they are painfully obvious or we're crowding the visual space.
• Colors, Fonts, Shapes & Consistency We can't overwhelm customers with too much diversity.
• Implementation
Notes for developers to avoid wrong assumptions (where specifically needed).

On audits, though, I only come up with recommendations for improvement with simple sketches to show concepts, and I'm using my years of experience to explain the needed direction - far more value distilled in a shorter time, which raises the rate.
