Heavy Research: I don't write copy or come up with a strategy without going off and carefully studying the problem.

Revision: after delivering your copy, I will revise it as necessary (within 1 week of first delivered copy) should there be any additional questions or concerns. I offer up to 2 revisions to make sure all of my clients' needs are met and to ensure 100% satisfaction and confidence to publish their content.
