How does the subscription process work?
We start with a short kickoff call to discuss your goals, needs and learn a bit about your company. After that, you submit requests through our project management tool, prioritizing your most important items.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
No, there is no limit, you can continue to add them. In fact, I normally recommend customers to keep a few items in their backlog so I will always have work to do. I use a prioritisation system, where I work on what is most important to you first.
What if the work takes more and 1 month but less than 2?
As Invoicing is done at the beginning of the month, I want to avoid you paying for time you don’t use. As such, if you chose a subscription and have a limited amount of work that takes, lets say 5 weeks, I am happy to create custom pricing for this.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
Not a problem, I understand that design is often subjective but it is also iterative. If you're not happy, I include unlimited revisions. I will continue refining the project until you're 100% content.
What's included
Unlimited Design Tasks
You submit requests through our project management tool, prioritizing your most important items. I aim to have updated designs back to you in 1-3 days. For larger, more complex tasks, I split up them up into sub tasks which have the same turnaround time.
55 design hrs/month
This subscription means you get 55hrs/m of my design time.
Updates every 2 days
I will share updates and progress every two days, no matter what, so you know exactly where your money is going and how your design tasks are progressing.
Weekly update meeting
A weekly meeting (if you like) to ensure full alignment with your goals. A chance to give feedback, explain more complicated tasks or plan future tasks.
Figma File Access
You have full access during and after the subscription to all work done in Figma.
