The process

We would schedule a call and discuss your product's needs and the problem your current product is facing and how this can be resolved. Basically, we would find out if we are a good match/fit.

Second call(discovery call)☎️

Another call would be scheduled where we get into more details on the product you are trying to redesign like: Your target customers, the problems being faced, competitors, and more. This is where we discuss about your new or existing vision for the future.

Proposal sharing📄

I would estimate the timeframe and cost it would take to do finish your product redesigns and send you a proposal with complete timelines, methods of contact, cost for redesigns, and what is expected from our partnership.

Analysis and Research🕵🏽‍♀️

i would start with an analysis of competitors in the same field you are competing in. I would find out the following but not limited to, Who they are? What they do best? How we can make your product more compelling and a better option for users.

Wireframes ⎕⎕

I would design wireframes for your product to get an idea of what the redesign would be structured like. The higher fidelity designs would be based off of these.

Design🖥🖱

This is the part where the fun begins. The designs would start to come together in a visual way by combining the low-fidelity with the typography, colours(already existing), and copy(this would be provided by the client or a UX writer) to create something beautiful and appealing to the users that would get them excited.

Hand-off🤝

I hand over the app designs to you for use on how you see fit. I would also give you a walk through the design system required to maintain the design, and a guide that you can refer to after our last call to make the process easier.

After project completion, hand-off and close of contract, if the client requires corrections or new additions to be made to the design, it would be done for free. NOTE: *This only applies to 1st time returning customers.Subsequent changes after this would come at an affordable fee.
