A1: You’ll receive three (3) unique logo concepts at the start, each illustrating a different design direction based on your brief.
Q2: How many revisions are included?
A2: I offer up to three (3) rounds of revisions on your chosen concept. If further changes are required beyond that, we can discuss a small additional fee.
Q3: What file formats will I get?
A3: Final deliverables include vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) and raster files (PNG with transparent background, JPG). If you need any other format (PDF, PDF for print), just let me know.
Q4: How long does the project typically take?
A4: From the initial brief to final delivery, a basic logo project usually takes 5–7 business days. If you select expedited delivery, I can complete it within 3 days for an additional fee.
Q5: Can you provide a brand guidelines document?
A5: Yes—a concise one-page PDF outlining your logo’s color codes (RGB/HEX), typography choices, and spacing rules is included in the Premium Brand Package. For a more detailed guidelines booklet, please inquire for a custom quote
Q6: Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied?
A6: My process ensures that you’re involved at every stage—initial concepts, revisions, and final approval. If at any time you feel the design isn’t on track, we’ll discuss adjustments. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, but I always strive to meet your expectations fully.
