For the software development and delivery here is the delivery roadmap.

First week of the project kickoff, will have 1 to 3 discovery calls

Week 2 and 3 I will work offline and produce the solutions proposal.

Week 4 the customer will review my proposal. During this time we can have 2 to 3 revisions.

Week 5 will start after the proposal signed off by the customer. Week 6 to 8 will be used to setup my offshore team for this project.

The development will start on Week 9. At this time sprint planning and delivery schedules will be nailed down.

There will be 2 week sprints and end of each sprint the customer will be reviewing the work completed and provide any feedback which may need tweaks on the completed work.

Depending on the project size, all the sprints will be completed anywhere from 2 months to 6 months time from Week 9.

Once the development is complete the UAT is signed off, the customer either can choose to sign a support contract or I can handover all the documentations, source code etc.

Please note that the amount I am charging will cover only for the solution proposal step. The proposal will have cost estimations based on the work effort I will calculate based on the architecture and development effort needed. The development work can be started only after the customer agrees to pay the proposed amount with the payment terms mentioned in the proposal contract.
