We would then create an autoscaling protocol using AWS. Implement load balancing servers or serverless servers like AWS lambda. After finding what scaling protocol was right for you I would encrypt data using KMS or customer policies. I would then use implement automated backups to these serverless databases. I would set up monitoring and alerts and AWS or Azure software to track data and analytics. For optimization I would provide training to ensure the customer knows how to use and utilize the data and analytics software.
