Summary

The Brand Deck Development process is divided into four key phases. We begin with Discovery & Research, where we analyze the market, competitors, and target audience, creating personas and defining your brand's core message. Next, in the Brand Vision phase, we establish the visual direction with mood boards, font studies, and initial logo sketches.
In the Identity Design phase, we refine and finalize key elements like logos, color palettes, and brand guidelines to capture the essence of your brand. Finally, we assemble all these elements into a comprehensive Brand Deck, providing a cohesive foundation for your branding efforts across all platforms.

  • Phase 1 - Brand Discovery & Research

    Week 1-2 In this initial phase, we will explore your business, industry, target audience, and competitors in depth. Our goal is to gather insights that will form the foundation of your brand identity. Deliverables: Market Research: Competitive landscape analysis, target market segmentation, and trends. Brand Study: Understanding your business’s unique value proposition (UVP), vision, and core messaging.   • Phase 2 - Brand Vision Development

    Week 3-4 This phase is focused on defining your brand’s aesthetic and visual direction through collaborative brainstorming and creative exploration. Deliverables: Mood Board: A visual exploration of colors, textures, and themes aligned with your brand values and industry. Font Study: Reviewing typography options for headers, body text, and other brand elements. Initial Logo Sketches: Presenting rough drafts of logo concepts based on the approved brand vision.   • Phase 3 - Brand Identity Design

    Week 5-6 With the groundwork set, we focus on refining and finalizing your brand identity. Deliverables: Logo Design: Creation of primary and secondary logo versions, including full-color, monochrome, and responsive designs. Color Palette: A cohesive color scheme that reflects your brand identity and is versatile across platforms. Brand Guidelines Draft: A comprehensive document that includes logo usage, color codes, typography, and mood board elements. Approval Stage: Finalized Logo and Brand Guidelines Draft

  • Phase 4 - Brand Deck Assembly

    Week 7 In this final phase, we combine all elements into a polished Brand Deck that serves as a blueprint for consistent branding across platforms. Deliverables: Complete Brand Deck: This includes personas, a mood board, logo designs, font studies, a color palette, and a market research summary. Final Presentation: A meeting to review and approve the Brand Deck. Approval Stage: Final Brand Deck Approval Time: 8 hours
