🚀 The Challenge: > Designed a clean, mobile-first concept for a fully automated Guest Welcome and Check-in system. The core focus was on seamless usability, strict data collection state-management, and keeping the architecture optimized for self-hosted deployment on an AlmaLinux VPS with zero external dependencies.

📱 The Solution: I mapped out the complete end-to-end guest journey into a high-fidelity mobile UI concept across three core stages:

Guest Landing & ID Verification: A frictionless landing screen featuring unique Booking ID entry and secure guest data collection (email + photo ID upload flow).

State-Based & GPS Check-In: Designed intuitive screens for location-verified GPS check-ins alongside smart admin override logic for edge cases.

The Post-Check-In Dashboard: Once checked in, guests see an iPhone-optimized dashboard with clean, icon-based navigation for critical stay categories like WiFi credentials, Amenities, local Restaurants, Bars, and dynamic Checkout Instructions.

🛠️ Admin Control Panel: > Included a robust backend concept for hosts to handle multi-unit property management, toggle check-in statuses, manage parking rules, and live-edit dashboard content on the fly.

Built conceptually around a self-hosted Laravel + MySQL structure, this design ensures a fully responsive experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports.
