The video as referred in example projects are generally USD 40 / 10 second, however it also depends on a range of factors including the resolution, how flexible are you in terms of schedule do I have and how difficult and time-consuming for the style you are after.
A maximum of 3 rounds of revision cycles are provided as long as schedule allows for EACH of the style design, storyboard, animatic, and the actual video. Further revision cycles will be quoted according to the urgency and amount of changes, and confirmed by client BEFORE commencing.
