• Should I provide a brief to kick off the project?

  Each project starts differently. Some clients provide a full website structure, content, and references, while others have only a rough idea. No matter where you are, I’ll guide you through the process.

• How will we communicate and collaborate during the design process?

  We can use WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord for general communication. For revision rounds, we can handle feedback through Figma comments or scheduled Google Meet/Zoom calls.

• How many changes can I request during the design process?

  I offer up to three rounds of revisions during the wireframing and design phases to fine-tune layouts and visuals. I’ll let you know when each stage is ready for your input.

• What if I need more than three rounds of revisions?

  If additional revisions are needed, we can accommodate them at my current hourly rate to ensure every detail is perfected to your liking

• What if I want to change the entire design direction after we’ve started?

  Once a design concept is approved and development is underway, major UI changes are not included in the project. However, if you decide to change direction, we can discuss it as an add-on at my hourly rate.

• What if I need updates or more pages after the project is completed?

  You can always reach out when updates are needed. Minor updates can be done at an hourly rate, while major additions can be priced as a separate flat-fee project.

• Do you also develop the website after designing it?

  Yes! I can design and develop your site in Framer, ensuring a fully responsive and interactive experience. If you're working with a development team, I’ll also prepare a smooth developer handoff.

• How long does the entire process take?

  Timelines vary based on project complexity, but most Framer websites take 2-4 weeks from concept to completion. I’ll provide an estimate after our initial discussion.

• Will the website be SEO-optimised and mobile-friendly?

  Absolutely! The website will be fully responsive, optimised for performance, and built with SEO best practices to improve visibility and usability.

• Can you help with branding, copywriting, or images?

  I primarily focus on design, but I can recommend branding experts and copywriters if needed. If you have existing brand guidelines and content, I’ll ensure everything aligns perfectly.

• What if I already have a website but need improvements?

  If you have an existing Framer website that needs refinements, I also offer a website fix service to improve responsiveness, performance, and overall polish. Let’s discuss your needs!
