The first step is a meeting with our client to align some expectations abou the deliverables. Once aligned, the next step is a detailed questionnaire with the client to understand more about the brand, the story behind it and what the client wants. After analysis of the answers, I'll propose a new meeting aligning what the client wants versus what we think would be best for the brand at the moment. This processes take 2-3 days, according to the client's availability. The creation process starts right after. We focus on working with the agile methodology, involving the client in every step of the creation to quickly correct possible problems and deliver an assertive result. Usually, it takes 2-4 weeks to do the whole process, depending on the project's needs.
