1. Kickoff Call We’ll kick things off with a focused conversation to align on your goals, brand, and vision so we’re building in the right direction from day one.
2. Discovery & Research I’ll dive into your brand assets, audience, and any existing material to design a site that feels uniquely yours and speaks to your ideal customer.
3. Clear, Ongoing Communication You’ll get regular updates through Slack, email, or Discord, plus quick Loom videos so you’re never left in the dark.
4. Feedback & Iteration I’ll share staging links as we go, giving you space to review progress and share feedback in real time.
5. Final Review & Launch Before launch, we’ll run a full QA pass to make sure every page loads perfectly and every interaction feels seamless.
6. Post-Launch Support I stay on for two weeks after launch to handle any final tweaks. Most of my clients stick around long-term because once we build trust, we build momentum.
