Define the problem. Let's discuss what you are trying to accomplish and establish the big picture of what is desired.

Analysis. We'll dig into the elements needed to accomplish that big picture, and identify a structure to build the solution.

Development. I create the structure, and implement the required elements.

Testing and approvals. We both do testing. I test the functionality of the code and ensure I have met the defined problem. You test to ensure the solution does what you expect. Deficiencies are identified and resolved or marked as a change request for a later project phase.

Delivery. We send you the solution files, and/or post them to a production server.
