FAQs
Who owns the script once it's done?
You do! I won't claim rights to it nor ask for co-writer credit.
Is this in accordance with WGA bylaws?
I am not a member of the WGA and cannot provide this service on any script that is being written for a WGA signatory company. I can only provide this service to non-guild screenwriters who do not have an option on the existing material.
What if I want another rewrite before the polish?
If you're not yet happy with the script after my initial rewrite, you can pay for another round of rewrites as an additional add-on.
What genres do you work in?
I have had the pleasure of writing across genre and format. I tend to write hour-long dramas, but have also had the pleasure of writing half-hour comedies and feature dramas and comedy. I've even worked in sci-fi and fantasy.
What's included
Written Analysis on Your Screenplay or TV Pilot
2-5 pages of detailed analysis on your script's strengths and areas improvement.
A Comprehensive Rewrite Plan
I will pitch you solutions to the specific issues your script faces. We'll sit down together for one 90-minute session and agree on the direction of the rewrite. I will then put this plan into a document that you sign off on.
A Rewritten Screenplay
I will rewrite your screenplay based on the plan we both agreed on. You will have the opportunity to give me one round of polish-level notes. Then, the script is yours!
