Process

I. DISCOVERY We begin with a kick-off meeting to gain a deep understanding of your business, industry, and goals. This phase helps define the overall direction and alignment on expectations before starting the design process.

II. STRATEGY Using all gathered information, we create a content and communication strategy that defines the website’s structure. The sitemap and navigation are developed to align with user goals. Once finalized, we draft the first wireframe for feedback.

III. DESIGN Simultaneously, a moodboard is created and shared to establish the visual direction. After feedback, we finalize the full design before moving into development.

IV. DEVELOPMENT Once the design is approved, we start developing the entire website in Webflow. Another feedback round follows, and adjustments are made before final testing.

V. TESTING The final site is tested across devices, and a feedback round ensures all elements function as expected. The site is optimized for speed, accessibility, and SEO.

VI. LAUNCH After your final approval, I’ll finalize the setup by handling hosting, SEO, and domain connection. Once everything is in place, we're ready to go live, and I’ll provide all necessary documentation and support.

VII. HANDOVER & TRAINING After launch, we provide a handover session, including a Webflow tutorial so you can manage and update your website with confidence.

VIII. POST-LAUNCH SUPPORT You’ll get 30 days of free support to handle any post-launch requests, with the option to continue with ongoing maintenance if needed.
