It means that I create the first draft of the home page, if you like - we continue to work with prepayment. If you don't like it - no payments at all and we do not work on this project. 

For each page (home or inner) you have 2 free edits iterations. After this $40/h.

I do not develop more than one design per project (I didn't create 2-3 versions/concepts (in different styles) for the home page). Do not create wireframes.
