• Product Conceptualization

• Product Management

  • Building a product Vision and the product, systems, and experience roadmaps to support the translation of the vision to tangible products that exceed the vision. This has always been a huge strength for Ajay, as 70% of his products were conceptualised and driven by him. • Capturing all the user stories using a beginner’s mind set and immersing in the user’s experience to uncover deep needs and insight. Understanding Stakeholder and business requirements and engaging them to being co-creators in the journey of building products. • Ideating and Prioritising user needs with users and SMEs to bring to life solutions that refine and define better user experiences and solve user needs and pains. • Working UX/ UI to create experience that are definitive of the company/ product vision, enhancing the UX by including UI/ UX testing. • Rapid proto typing and testing to ensure that the ideas meet with user requirements, learn, solve disagreements, and test hypotheses quickly with minimal repercussions. • Building the product working closely with the Development team/s; with rapid proto typing and testing to ensure that the ideas meet with user requirements, learn, solve disagreements, and test hypotheses quickly with minimal repercussions and build the product, managing releases effectively and ensuring that the development maps the product plan. • Designing and defining the Go to Market Strategy with other Partners to effectively address the Marketability and support to achieve the vision of the product. • Product improvements post launch based on user feedback and testing.

• Product Architecture

  • Design and develop the product architecture both from a front-end user/ user journey as well as the system architecture • Design of the cloud architecture and system design including embedded components & services: APIs, RPA& RDAs, AI/ ML services, DBs, service mesh and DevOps modules- enhancing the system architecture in an Agile manner.
