Process

My process – From first call to launch
1. Discovery video call We will start by getting to know each other, then explore the best parts of your website and identify any current pain points. I will set up a shared channel on Slack, Teams, WhatsApp (or your preferred platform), along with collaborative boards on Miro, Mural or FigJam for smooth asynchronous communication.
2. Gathering your brand and visual assets To keep everything moving smoothly, you will share a link to your brand assets – this might include logo variants, colour palettes, image libraries, brand guidelines (if you have them), typography, and anything else that reflects your visual identity.
3. Initial design approval I will dive straight into Framer to draft an initial concept aligned with your vision. The design will be shared via Miro, Mural or FigJam to confirm direction before development begins.
4. Design revision loop We will collaborate to refine the design together, ensuring it meets your expectations and business goals. Revisions will continue through shared boards until you are happy with the final look and feel.
5. Final review and SEO optimisation Before launch, we will conduct a final review to make any necessary tweaks. The approved design will be shared as a staged (preview) site, fully responsive and interactive. I will also implement SEO best practices, including optimised meta tags and structured data, to help improve your search rankings.
6. Go live Once everything is approved, your landing page goes live and is ready to welcome visitors.
7. Post-launch support You will receive one week of support after launch to ensure a smooth transition. This includes help with domain setup, performance checks and any final adjustments.
