The goal of the service is to help you conduct customer interviews the best way possible, learn about techniques, prepare questionaires, and structure them. Also, I will help you understand the feedback your customers are giving you through multiple channels, i.e. support, email, customer success teams, social media and the customer interviews you conducted. The final outcome would give you a clear idea of which problems your customers are trying to solve, what features your customers are looking for and from there - what to build in your product.
