60-Minute Product Acceptance Criteria Call
After a 60-minute discussion around project ideas covering short- and long-term thoughts and plans, a detailed acceptance criteria is then submitted to the client and subject to another call for further discussion and final approval
Design Partnership [Optional]
For Clients who do not have existing mockups and designs, we would partner with a contra-approved product designer to work with the client on a final visual outlook
Store Registration
Due to the relatively tedious processes and requirements of Appstore and Google Playstore, an early initiation is triggered so as not to delay the final release
Backend & Admin Dashboard
At the end of the first week, a collection of endpoints for non-GUI-based testing will be provided to the client as well as an administrative dashboard. The administrative dashboard will be built either from scratch or based on metabase and is solely dependent on the project scope
Mobile IOS Testflight Release
A preliminary release of the IOS version of the application for client feedback and corrections if any
IOS Version 1 Release
After a thorough automated and manual testing, a version 1 is released to the public
