As a former member of Media Psychology Lab at National Cheng-Chi University, I specialize in conducting UX research for Mandarin-speaking clients. With my expertise, I can help you optimize the user experience for Chinese-speaking audiences.
Several methods of research would be used in this user research plan to ensure an accurate, detailed, and practiced report. Initially, a research plan will be provided to ensure all phases of the process are covered and needed.
