About this service

Summary

This service includes all work necessary to design a SaaS app from market research, ideation, wire-framing (UX) to making each screen (UI) in absolute detail. Generally I recommend an open-source component library for MVPs but if required, I can craft a design system from scratch that suits the brand. Most importantly, I will be involved in technical conversations beyond design with your team to aid product development.

Process

This process is 60% UX and 40% UI-related work.
By UX, I mean having deep conversations about the product's potential users, planning features, reading through any research material available and making wire-frames for user-flows.
Once this is clear, we will start working on the UI, which includes selecting a design style, making necessary components to craft each screen for the product to be production-ready.

  • What is expected of me (the client) in this process?

    You should ideally understand the problem, solution your product is offering and the target market you plan to serve. It would be great if you have technical support, but its okay if you don't because I code as well.

  • How much time does this generally take?

    Depending on how much clarity you have over the product's features and target market, it could take anywhere from 100-200 hours over a period of 2-4 months.
