Submit Request via Questionnaire (Don’t worry it’s only 4 questions): Fill out the 3D Product Video + Stills request form with product info, reference links, goals, needs, and deadline.

20-min Intro Call: Based on the info provided from the request form, I’ll assess fit, and schedule a time for a 20 minute intro call to make sure I’m fully aligned with your specific vision, goals, and needs.

Proposal / Authorization / Deposit: Following our discussion, I’ll provide a detailed proposal that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and investment. Once reviewed and authorized, I do require a 50% deposit in order to begin work.

Work Begins: Concept Development: Before production begins, I’ll draft a mood board and/or storyboard that defines the visual style and key elements of the product video.

Client Feedback and Approval: I’ll share the mood board / storyboard for your review, to ensure we’re in alignment with your vision and make any necessary adjustments prior to production.

Production: Once approved, I’ll jump into the design and production phase, building the scene(s) and shots.

Progress Reviews (2 Rounds of Reviews): I’ll share consistent updates and still images to get your feedback and make sure we remain aligned at each step.
