About this service

Summary

Hi, Hopefully, you are doing well. I am a Senior Software Engineer, Scrum Master, Tech Lead and Project Manager. My experience is in building digital products and automating development processes.
Responsibilities that I will take:
Direct and oversee the completion of the project
Develop a plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
Assess risks and establish contingency plans
Manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to creatively solve problems and brainstorm solutions
Work with assigned accounts on strategic operational needs, including but not limited to, reporting, educating, and training to strengthen our relationships.
As a scrum master I will onboard your team and initiate the project, organizing product backlogs and planning sprints, daily scrum meets and reporting on progress vs client requirements.
Suppose you are building or have a digital product like a web app, mobile app or tech-enabled product and facing issues on the development side like Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Team management or Tech Leading. In that case, This is where I come to take care of your engineering department. I myself will be doing development if needed (NodeJS, ReactJS, NestJS, AWS).
Thank you!
