CMS POLICY
This package does not include content management system (CMS) setup.
CMS (blog, portfolio, collections) can be added starting at $350+, depending on complexity.
CMS filtering is $85 per collection.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
50% deposit is required to reserve project slot.
50% due prior to final transfer/publish.
Deposits are non-refundable and reserve project availability.
TIMELINE & START POLICY
After the deposit is received:
Client intake form and asset checklist are sent.
Intake form and required assets must be submitted within 5 business days to maintain the scheduled timeline.
The 2-week timeline begins once all required materials are received.
If materials are not received within
the stated timeframe and no communication is provided:
The project may be moved to the next available opening.
A new booking and deposit may be required to restart.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client must provide:
Final logo (SVG preferred or PNG)
Brand colors (if applicable)
Copy/content for all pages
Images (up to the agreed amount;
high-resolution JPG/PNG)
Contact email for form
Hosting access (if needed)
Timeline assumes timely feedback and asset delivery.
