• Userflows

  Diagrams that map out the steps a user takes to achieve a goal within a digital product—they highlight key interactions, decision points, and potential obstacles They optimize the user's journey by highlighting interactions, decision points, and potential obstacles, ensuring the design is intuitive and efficient. For that, I use Figma or Miro tools.

• Wireframes

  Simple, low-fidelity sketches of a digital product's layout and structure. They help visualize structure and functionality, allowing for early feedback and iterations.

• Prototypes (high-fidelity)

  High-fidelity models of a digital product, simulating its design and functionality. I also create interactive versions so the team and developers understand the iterative refinement of design elements. Prototypes are excellent for testing and refining user interactions, providing a realistic preview of the final product—useful for feedback and usability testing.

• Usability Testing

  I will evaluate a digital product's ease of use by observing real users interact with it. It will include a report summarizing key findings, such as usability issues encountered, user feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
